What Dcoin is

Dcoin is a credit you spend inside the DAccount ecosystem — not a currency, and not a payment method you can use elsewhere. One wallet holds your entire balance, and that same balance is what every connected app checks before it lets you generate something.

Because the wallet is shared, there is nothing to move between apps: top up once from anywhere in the ecosystem and the balance is already available everywhere else.

How you get Dcoin

• One-off packages — buy a fixed amount of Dcoin with a card through Stripe Checkout; it lands in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Recurring plans — subscribe to a plan and Dcoin is added automatically on each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Bonuses — occasional promotional Dcoin credited by us, shown on your ledger like any other credit.

How spending works

Spending happens in three steps so you are never charged more than what you actually used:

1. 1. Hold. When you start a generation, the app reserves an estimated amount of Dcoin from your wallet. It is set aside, not spent yet.
2. 2. Capture. Once the generation finishes, only the Dcoin for what was actually produced is deducted from the hold.
3. 3. Release. Whatever was held but not used is released back to your available balance immediately.

Your ledger and running balance

Every top-up, hold, capture, release, bonus, and adjustment is written to your wallet ledger — it is append-only, so nothing is ever edited or deleted after the fact. Open Wallet at any time to see the full history and your current balance.

Refunds and expiry

Dcoin does not expire. Once it has been credited to your wallet, it is not refundable, and it cannot be converted back into cash. If a charge failed or was processed twice, see our refund policy for how that is corrected.

What happens if you delete your account

Deleting your account anonymizes your personal data — email, name, and photo are removed — but your wallet and ledger stay in place as financial records. Any Dcoin remaining in the wallet at the time of deletion is not refunded.
